BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1703 South Watkins Street, being on the northwest line of South Watkins Street at East 17th Street. Lot 9, block 12, Anderson and Eckford's Addition to Ridgedale, as shown by plat of record in plat book 3, page 34, R.O.H.C., being the property described in deed book 3899, page 750, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 156F-A-24. from R-2 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection and maintenance of a sight-obscuring fence along the west line of the property. 2. Parking permitted only on-site. 3. Permitted access to Watkins Street only. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
